Our Process

Documents Required for Recruitment / Visa Processing

To initiate the overseas employment process, the following documents must be provided by the employer/overseas company:

Required Documents:

  1. E-Waqala (Authorization Letter) – processed through the Enjaz online system.
  2. Power of Attorney – authorizing our agency to act on behalf of the employer for recruitment and deployment.
  3. Demand Letter – specifying job categories, number of workers, salary structure, working hours, and benefits.
  4. Employment Agreement – detailing terms of employment and contractual obligations.
  5. E-Migrate Demand Approval – demand must be approved on the E-Migrate Government Portal for emigration clearance.

Important Note

All the above documents must be:

  • Issued on the company's official letterhead
  • Duly signed by the authorized signatory
  • Stamped with the company seal
