Recruitment Procedures
The employer and the NTS should execute an agency agreement between them stating adequately the terms and conditions regarding demand and supply of manpower from India. This agreement should be signed by both the parties towards acceptance of stated terms and conditions upon which the manpower trade will be executed.

Demand Letter

The employer will formally issue a demand letter in favour of NTS stating:
- Job Description/Category
- Number of workers required in each category
- Monthly salary
- Duration of contract/Permanent
- Other amenities for workers such as food, medical, transport, air passage, accommodation etc.

Agreement of Employment
A standard employment contract between employer and employee.

Step 4 - Screening and assessing the right candidates
We prefer selection of applicant either by the employer or his authorised representative. Arrangement of their accommodation, transport and all other logistic support required for the purpose are provided.
In case we are entrusted with the selection & testing of worker, we do it with the help of a team of experts under direct supervision of our professional executives.
Step 5 - Negotiations, Offer letter
Step 6 - Medical Checkup
After final selection we send the workers/ candidates for medical check up by the authorised medical center of the respective Embassies of the country of employment.
Step 7 - Application for Visa
For selected candidates, we will apply for the visa in the respective embassy as authorised by the employer.
Step 8 - Ticketing and Emigration
After clearance of all necessary traveling formalities against NTS we facilitate traveling as per scheduled. We obtain emigration clearance from the concerned Govt. Dept. for the candidates.
Step 9 - Point of reference/Guide Line before departure
NTS provides basic guide lines to workers before travelling abroad. The workers are informed about their duties and responsibilities while abroad and first hand information of work environment there & salient features of labour laws of the country of employment. |
